ABOUT

I’ve been passionate about tennis since I picked up a racket in my late 20s, and I’ve been building community through the sport ever since.

In 2010, I began organizing BBQs and parties for GTA, a free local tennis league in NJ, helping grow a casual, friendly community of players. In 2011, I launched Nite Owl Tennis at Wayne Indoor Tennis Club, giving night players a consistent, welcoming group to hit with. Things further expanded in 2018 with full-scale parties at Nutley Tennis Club, offering players a chance to compete and connect in a relaxed atmosphere.

In 2024, I introduced my own annual tournaments, giving players of all levels a chance to test their skills and win prizes. Now, with Jersey Recreational Tennis, I’m bringing it all under one name. Whether you’re looking to play casually, meet new people, or join one of our tournaments or parties — my goal is the same as it’s been since day one: Tennis that’s well-organized, welcoming, and always fun.
